SMS Opt-In Agreement
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS from SpeakSparkPH. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.
Opting in
You opt in to SMS communications by providing your mobile number when booking a call, submitting an inquiry, or otherwise engaging our ISA services. Providing your number constitutes consent to receive messages from SpeakSparkPH related to property inquiries, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive appointment reminders, lead follow-ups, and service-related notifications. You will not receive more messages than are reasonably necessary to deliver our services.
Managing your subscription
- Reply STOP to cancel all SMS communications from SpeakSparkPH at any time.
- Reply HELP to receive assistance with our SMS service.
- You can also email us to update or remove your number from our messaging list.
Carrier disclaimer
Message and data rates may apply for all SMS messages sent to you by SpeakSparkPH. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan. SpeakSparkPH is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred.
Service availability
SMS delivery is subject to the availability and limitations of your mobile carrier and network. SpeakSparkPH does not guarantee timely delivery of every message and is not liable for delays or failures outside its reasonable control.
